解决部分github仓库下载慢的办法

1. vpn
2. 使用迅雷下载压缩包
3. 使用gitee下载github仓库，然后从gitee下载，gitee上有很多同步仓库
4. git clone git仓库地址 –depth==1 设置下载深度，少下载些历史版本
